Recipe#1: Cathy's Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 2-3lbs chicken breats, cubed and cooked
  • 2-3 tablespoons  mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • paprika
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon oil

Directions

Clean and cube chicken breasts. Put chicken breasts in frying pan medium high heat.
Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and pepper over chicken generously.

add more if needed.
cook for about 10 min, constantly turning and making sure chicken is white and cooked through.

put chicken into bowl and let cool for 20-30min
add mayo and stir till well blended.

 Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Serve on toast with butter, or toast with lettuce and tomato, or any way you like your chicken salad.
